Sarawak Laksa - Thursday to Saturday Special this week

You cannot say no to this authentic mouth-watering Sarawakian dish. Sarawak laksa comes from Kuching, Sarawak, on the island of Borneo.  It is consists of thin rice vermicelli, chicken strips, prawns and omelet strips topped with bean sprouts, fresh shallots, sour mustard and fresh coriander as garnish. It is served with a squeeze of lime and sambal belacan (chili pepper fried in oil) on the side.
